OpenSource
From IO
The Open Internet runs on Open Source and Free Software. The Open Source Initiative was established to facilitate the definition, development, and use of open source software. The predecessor to the OSI is the Free Software Foundation founded by Richard Stallman. Most of the differences between the two movements are defined by rights and responsibilities framed in the Open Source Licenses and the Free Software License (or the GPL). A great deal of both Open Source and Free Software is going to be found at SourceForge.
